Performance Management through an ABA Lens - Webinar Hosted by Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia

Performance Management is an area of Organisational Behaviour Management that focuses on the behaviours of people working within systems. As experts in behaviour change, Behaviour Practitioners are in a unique position to provide expertise in supporting the types of behaviour change that organisations are looking for from staff teams and from other stakeholders in Positive Behaviour support.
This workshop will look at how we can use our expertise to add to, and improve, some of the common current management strategies in place. It will also look at how we can positively influence the performance of the teams we work with in clinical roles to increase buy-in, and enhance the implementation of behaviour support plans that we develop for men, women and children with additional support needs.
International Presenter: Gillian Martin
Gillian is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with the BACB.
