Supervision

In order to qualify as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), one of the BACB requirements is that you have a prerequisite number of hours of supervised experience.

This is often done by way of independent supervised fieldwork. A candidate for BCBA certification requires 1,500 hours, whilst a candidate for BCaBA certification requires 1,000, of which 5% must be supervised. This supervision can only be provided by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with the appropriate BACB supervisor qualifications.

Soiléir can provide this supervision in a flexible manner online. Web technology with end to end encryption is used to ensure confidentiality and online safety. Onsite visits to your place of work can be arranged when direct supervision is required.
